It was incorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission on 31 October 2013 and upgraded to SUMI Global Ventures Limited on 20 December 2025. Operating from Delta State, Nigeria, we serve public and private organisations with disciplined infrastructure delivery.
Our multidisciplinary management and delivery teams draw expertise from civil and structural engineering, project management, accounting, construction, technical services and operations. Our subsidiary, Ambatech Global Resources, strengthens our logistics capability.
